Penfolds is marking this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival with a limited-edition gift pack featuring Bin 389 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz and Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon. 
Presented in red and gold packaging inspired by the festive season, the gift pack is designed for Mid-Autumn gatherings and gifting.
First crafted in 1960 by Penfolds Chief Winemaker Max Schubert, Bin 389 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is known as “Baby Grange”, with components matured in barrels that previously held Grange. It is described as bringing together vibrant fruit, bold tannins and a supple, velvety texture.
Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon, meanwhile, draws inspiration from the winemaking techniques of Bin 707 and is described as a medium-bodied expression with red fruit, subtle spice and a well-rounded profile.
