This new exclusive and semi private lounge bar located on the 4th Floor of Wisma Noble Land is led by industry veteran Ben Ng (of Penang's Mish Mash cocktail bar and Dram & Leaf specialist bottle shop). The lounge primarily caters to lounge members and access to public is via reservations only.
The cocktails menu will constantly evolve and revolves around local produce and sustainable methods (i.e. locally farmed figs, super juicing & ferments).
The space is made up of 3 different areas:
- The Living Room - the large main room.
- The Hemingway Room - a ventilated room dedicated to cigar smokers. Every cigar served comes with a complimentary in-house cold brew tea / organic coffee.
- The Speyside Room - a private room for lounge members but the public can access it with prior bookings and a minimum spend. This room boasts soundproof walls (that even has a signal blocker!!!!), ventilation for cigar smoking.
Hybrid also offers small bites such as smoked beef tacos, prawn burritos, lamb coriander meat balls, vegetarian tikka and cheese platters.
Being a lounge member (application and vetting required) will come with perks like a personal bottle locker, a curated set of wine and spirits, priority access to rare and limited bottlings and special access to its sister secret lounge in Singapore.
