This 5th limited edition release features whiskies from the Glasgow “ghost” distillery of Port Dundas. Port Dundas, which was built in 1811 and closed in 2010, shipped its Scotch from Glasgow to ports across the world for nearly 200 years.
This bottling follows the release of Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Pittyvaich (2021), Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Glenury Royal (2019), Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Port Ellen (2018) and Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare Brora (2017).

The team of whisky makers, led by Johnnie Walker Master Blender Dr Emma Walker, chose whiskies from this distillery and two other ‘ghost’ whiskies from Cambus and Brora before combining them with 5 other very
rare Scotch from Cameronbridge, Glenkinchie, Clynelish, Dailuaine and Auchroisk.
This would be the first Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ghost and Rare release from Dr Emma, who took on the Master Blender role in 2022. She has worked with Johnnie Walker for more than a decade.
