Glenfiddich and the Aston Martin F1 Team have introduced the 16-Year-Old Limited-Edition Release No. 2, marking the second year of their partnership. 
The release draws on the shared approaches of Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman and Aston Martin’s Managing Technical Partner Adrian Newey.
The 16-year-old single malt undergoes maturation across five types of casks: first-fill bourbon barrels, Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks and Fino sherry butts. Together, these casks contribute layers of fruit, sweetness, richness and oak while retaining Glenfiddich’s fruit-led house style.
On the nose, expect stewed fruits and floral notes, with hints of marzipan and polished leather. The palate is described as mellow and silky, with creamy buttery toffee, caramelised cane sugar and dry oak tannins. The finish is long, with lingering oaky sweetness.
This limited-edition release is available in Malaysia at selected retailers, including Hank's, The Chamber and Cellar 18 (43% ABV, approximately RM499).
From 2 to 11 October 2026, Glenfiddich will also host a pop-up at Jaya Grocer in The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur, featuring an interactive driving simulator and tastings of the new release.
