Negroni Week Returns to Malaysia in 2026

Negroni Week returns from 21 to 27 September 2026, bringing the classic Campari cocktail back to bars and restaurants around the world while raising funds for hospitality and food-related causes through Slow Food.
In collaboration between Campari & Imbibe, the 14th edition of this global initiative will see 82 establishments across Malaysia taking part. While the official week runs until 27 September, participating venues can continue their Negroni Week offerings until 21 October.
One of the week's notable guest shifts takes place at Cabinet 8 KL on 23 September, from 8pm to midnight. Demitria and Syazi from Jakarta's Hats Bar, recognised with the Campari One To Watch Award at Asia's 50 Best Bars 2026, will take over Cabinet 8 KL for the evening.
Beyond these events, the participating list covers a fairly broad spread of Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Langkawi, Kuching and Johor Bahru, with everything from neighbourhood cocktail bars to hotel and rooftop venues.
The Negroni itself needs little introduction. Traditionally made with equal parts Campari, sweet red vermouth and London Dry gin, the cocktail has been around for more than a century. According to the 2026 Drinks International Cocktail Report, it remains the world's best-selling classic cocktail in the world's best bars.
